Rubi Jubi

If Rubi Jubi does not have the gown in our store, in most cases, it can be ordered specifically for the customer. If the manufacturer has the dress, in the color choice and size needed, we can place an order for it to be shipped to our store or for a fee, directly to your home. This process takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks and can very depending on the manufacturers inventory and where the dress is coming from. 
The dress must be fully paid for up front and ALL SALES ARE FINAL once the order has been placed. Rubi Jubi is not responsible for any sizing or other issues upon receiving the dress. 

All sales are final and there are no returns or cancellations under any circumstances. Once you have completed the Special Order contract and paid for the gown, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, refunded or credited. 

You may be on the fence about a dress, or need some times to think about it, before purchasing your dress. We do HOLD dresses for a fee of $50 a day, per dress, for up to 3 days. The amount used to hold the dress, will then be used toward your purchase. If you do not return for your dress by the time agreed upon, your fee will be forfeited and the dress will go back on sale to the general public. 

We have a prom registry which allows us to track each prom dress to avoid the same dress, in the same color to be sold to another customer at that same high school. This is NOT a guarantee but we try hard to make this as accurate as possible. For example, if you find a dress you want, upon checking out, we will ask what high school you are attending prom. If that dress has already been sold to someone in that school, you may get another color, but we will refuse the purchase of a dress that is the same style and color as one previously purchased for that school’s prom. 

We do not accept any returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Upon purchasing a dress at Rubi Jubi, you are accepting that your dress will not be able to be returned or exchanged. In order to keep our dresses in great condition, keep up with the latest styles, and the health of the public, we cannot put a used dress back on the floor for another to purchase. Thank you for understanding!
